Typical fees ONLY $250.00 vs. $350.00!  You Save $100.00*

 Exterior Only General Purpose Appraisal - This is the same product as above, less the interior inspection and sketch.  This product is equal to the product a lender would order for a 2nd mortgage or a Cash-out refinance.  Again because this is a "General Purpose Form" and isn't used in the lending community The Appraisal Group, Inc.'s liability is reduced and we pass the savings on to YOU!
